Different Tarot has different qualities and it is based on your element. There are two different arcanas, One is Major and one is Minor.
Major Arcana : The Major arcana consists of 22 pages. The major arcana is more concerned with the reasons behind events. It can be described like a man on a journey, he starts on the road and encounters all manner of people and events along the way and through these experiences he learns life's lessons and becomes more enlightened and fulfilled by the time he reaches the 22 cards the World. It is a physical as well as a spiritual journey. Wherever the major cards falls there is a stronger influence in that area of the inquirers life.
Minor Arcana :The Minor Arcana is divided into four suits --- Wands, Pentacles, Swords and Cups, with each suit possessing four court cards: Kings, Queens, Pages and Knights. They can show either circumstances, or people who are significant in the questioner's life. It is important to remember that a king could also represent a woman who is in a position of authority or heavily biased towards her masculine side, while queen could represent a man who plays a nurturing role in questioner's life.
